Job Title: Medical Assistant - Back Office

Colorado Center For Reproductive Medicine is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team in a back office role. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare providers and patients by providing administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our care centers, surgery centers, and laboratories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care by measuring vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with minor medical procedures.
  • Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide essential services and maintain a positive patient experience.
  • Manage patient workflow to meet physician and nurse practitioner scheduling requirements.
  • Order and schedule lab tests, review results, and annotate appropriate disposition.
  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms, including disinfecting and restocking supplies.
  • Assist with procedures, such as IUIs, biopsies, HSGs, and other fertility-related treatments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs, medical history, and test results.
  • Perform other administrative and clinical tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) credential required.
  • BCLS certification required.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • 1+ year Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nursing experience preferred.
  • A minimum of 200 successful blood draws required (with documentation).
