Position OverviewSummit Health Management is seeking Board-Certified or Board Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physicians to enhance our team-based practices in the Fort Worth and Mid-Cities regions. We are expanding and looking for physicians who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and driving positive change in the healthcare landscape.

Qualifications for Success:
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical outpatient experience post-residency.
- Must possess a current, unrestricted state medical license or be eligible for licensure.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Active registration or eligibility for registration with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
- Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; Athena preferred.
