About the Role

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment and systems.
  • Equipment Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve equipment issues, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of our assets.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with the leadership team, colleagues, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, with a focus on equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Skills: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, climb stairs, work on ladders, push/pull up to 100 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, grasp, stoop, and reach overhead.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years or more of related experience in facilities maintenance.
  • License: Current State's driver's license.
