About the Role

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including appliance repair, air conditioning control, and plumbing fixture maintenance.
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance programs.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to establish clear communication channels and ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, climb stairs, and work at heights.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related field preferred.
  • Current State driver's license required.
