About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aspire at Kissimmee Gardens Villas. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care to our residents and patients, assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident, ensuring their unique needs are met and exceeded.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
  • Oversee our Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
  • Provide nursing services, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout their course of treatment, documenting findings and recommendations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN.
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred, but not required.
  • Qualifications include being qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
