Server Assistant

The Server Assistant is a vital member of our Food and Beverage team, providing exceptional support to our servers and guests. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

• Clean and reset tables, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for guests.
• Deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining rooms and buffets for banquet events.
• Pass hors d'oeuvres, serve food, and clear plates for banquet events.
• Keep all work areas clean and organized, restocking service stands as needed.
• Perform general restaurant cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing stainless steel.
• Ensure beverage stations are fully stocked and maintained.
• Empty trash and bring clean glassware to the bar area.
• Fold napkins, polish silver and glassware, and address guest complaints in a courteous and professional manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of various dietary restrictions and ability to accurately describe and recommend food and beverages.
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain a professional presentation.

The Server Assistant will work in an indoor and outdoor front-of-house and kitchen environment, with exposure to heat from ovens, hot foods, and steamers, as well as cleaning chemicals and equipment.

The noise level in the work environment is moderate, but may be loud dependent on specific work site and equipment operation.
