**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to provide high-quality phlebotomy services in various settings, including doctor's offices and patient service centers. As a PSR II, you will be responsible for:
Accurate Blood Draws: Skillfully draw blood samples from patients of all ages, ensuring accuracy and safety.
Patient Care: Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients, explain procedures clearly, and build trust.
Specimen Processing: Prepare blood specimens for laboratory testing, following established protocols.
Data Entry: Accurately record patient information and lab results.
**Requirements:**
High school diploma or equivalent
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification (required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
Minimum of 3 years experience in phlebotomy, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Minimum of 2 years experience in a patient service center environment
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in data entry
