Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Operate production equipment to produce high-quality products, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and inconsistencies, and take corrective action as necessary to ensure quality meets requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Assist other operators in machine setup and tasks to meet deadlines and ensure smooth production.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and health standards.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent with related experience.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years experience operating machines, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Basic understanding of electronics, controllers, hydraulics, electricity, and tools; ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and perform mathematical calculations; experience with Microsoft Suite applications.
