Real Estate Operations Manager

The primary function of a Real Estate Operations Manager is to oversee the efficient management of residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Tenant Relations: Handle Tenant Inquiries, Complaints, and Requests Promptly and Professionally.
- Facilitate Move-In and Move-Out Processes, Including Inspections and Lease Agreements.
- Maintain Positive Relationships with Tenants to Encourage Lease Renewals and Retention.
- Oversee Regular Property Inspections to Identify Maintenance Needs and Safety Concerns.
- Assist in Scheduling Repairs, Maintenance, and Renovations as Necessary.
- Ensure Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations.
- Advertise and Market Available Properties to Attract Prospective Tenants.
- Conduct Thorough Tenant Background Checks and Credit Checks.
- Ensure Lease Agreements Comply with Local Laws and Regulations.
- Prepare and Manage Property Budgets, Including Rent Collection and Expense Tracking.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable and Reconcile Financial Records Regularly.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 (Estimated).
