Join Our Team as a Dishwasher at Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans by hand, following company-approved techniques
  • Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware to ensure efficient service to our guests
  • Ensure the work area and equipment stay clean throughout the shift
  • Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three-compartment sink as needed
  • Inspect and verify machine is working properly and chemical levels are correct throughout the work day
Requirements:
  • Must be 16 years of age or older (unless local/state regulations apply)
  • Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts
