Dishwasher (Part-Time)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas.

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine, depending on assigned equipment.
• Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures and ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth, depending on assigned equipment and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards, sweep and mop kitchen floors, and wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers, steam clean or hose out garbage cans, and transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product, and perform other duties as assigned.
