Job Summary
We are seeking an Internet Sales Specialist to join our Sales and Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting internet leads into onsite traffic and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming internet leads from company websites and outsourced sources
- Enter and update customer information in a customer management database
- Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads with sales potential
- Produce monthly sales and marketing reports, including Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis
- Analyze divisional website traffic, hits, and source data
- Generate new customer opportunities through prospecting and lead development
- Coordinate mass mailing lists and mail materials to prospective clients
- Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
- Maintain current plan and lot pricing
Requirements
- Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school
- One to three years of related experience and/or training
