We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Surgical Care Center of Michigan. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in our Pre-Op/PACU department.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care in accordance with established Federal, State, and accreditation standards and company policies and procedures.
- Participate in direct patient care and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
- Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Pre-Op/PACU setting or similar environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
