Bakery Production Position

Career Concepts is seeking a skilled Bakery Production professional to join our team at Lake City Food Manufacturing company. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records will be essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and safely operate equipment, including loading, controlling, and shutting down associated machinery.
  • Consult, review, and verify specifications for items to be produced, including proper equipment setup and ingredient usage.
  • Weigh out ingredients according to formula and adhere to all baking procedures, including mixing and line operation procedures.
  • Monitor dough consistency and its effect on equipment performance and weight control.
  • Setup and tear down equipment when necessary, and prepare for changeovers with equipment and staging of raw materials.
  • Empty hoppers of leftover dough.
Requirements:
  • Previous baking experience.
  • Reading and writing skills.
  • Basic math and accounting skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of 8-10 hours.
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay rate of $18-$19 per hour.
  • Full-time position with 3rd shift schedule.
  • Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts.
