Certification and Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at ALLIED Presbyterian Espanola Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiopulmonary diagnostics and respiratory therapy, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

  • Certification Details:
  • BLS certification is required, with PALS, NRP, and ACLS certifications preferred.
  • Certifications must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
Job Details

This is a 12-hour shift position with on-call, weekend, holiday, and float requirements. Travelers are first to float within the facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of their permanent assigned location.

  • Job Requirements:
  • Active NM or compact license is required.
  • At least two references are required, one of which must be from the candidate's current manager.
  • A completed skills checklist/competency assessment is also required.
Schedule and Unit Information

The unit requires providers to be flexible and accustomed to a fast-paced environment. Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from their last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position.

  • 12 hour shifts.

Additional Details

State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico.
