Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Believe Therapies LLC. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a dynamic team of Speech Language Pathologists and Speech Language Pathologist Assistants. Your expertise and leadership skills will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality speech therapy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead an engaged and creative speech team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of treatment plans.
Perform initial evaluations to establish a plan of care for medically necessary speech language services, and re-evaluate clients as needed to update their plans of care.
Train new speech therapy team members on job post functions, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services.
Ensure that each client meets a minimum of 2 therapy goals monthly, and that other ongoing goals are being updated in a timely manner by completing monthly progress notes.
Perform direct or indirect supervision to meet licensing requirements of the speech team, and provide the highest quality of service through a caring, compassionate, and empathetic demeanor to all clients and families.

Requirements:

Must be licensed as required in Texas and maintain current CPR certification and vaccinations.
A supervisor must have at least two years of professional experience in providing direct client services (that may include the clinical fellow year) of full-time experience and completed 2 hours of professional development in supervision.
