Nurse Care Specialist

Ascension Providence is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Oncology team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a fast-paced Medical Surgical Oncology environment
- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (GN) obtained prior to start date or job transfer date is required
- Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
