**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Accounting professional to join our team at Tandym Group. As a Staff and/or Semi-Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day management of multiple accounting engagements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain personal accounts for high net worth clients
* Oversee bill pay processing and recording
* Maintain books and records for some corporate accounts
* Maintain daily contact with clients, client's staff and other client service providers
* Prepare month-end closing and adjusting entries
* Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, financial statements, spending and cash flow reports, etc.
* Assist in budget and forecasting process
* Participate in special projects

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of related Accounting experience
* Bachelor's Degree
* Experience with Bookkeeping duties,
* Microsoft Excel proficient
* Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
* Great interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong attention to detail
* Highly organized

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* CPA
* Public Accounting background
