Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at WMC Advanced Physician Services PC.

Responsibilities:

* Assist clinical providers with procedures, treatments, and surgeries using sterile techniques
* Administer imaging tests and treatments as prescribed by clinical providers
* Position and instruct patients for Special Procedures exams
* Provide support to physicians performing interventional procedures
* Follow department guidelines for patient identification and imaging system entry
* Make adjustments to imaging equipment for each examination
* Properly image cases and archive to PACS
* Troubleshoot Radiology Imaging equipment/systems as needed
* Assist in orientation and training of new staff

Qualifications:

* One-year experience as a Radiologic Technologist, preferred
* Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology Certification Program
* Licensed by the New York State Department of Health as a Radiologic Technologist
* Registered by the American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) required
