Job Title: Assembly Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team in Foothill Ranch, California. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting sunglasses from start to finish. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screwing, gluing, and fastening individual pieces of sunglasses together
  • Preparing for lens installation and then Quality Auditing
  • Installing lenses into frames and gluing icons onto frames
  • Using small tools to insert small screws or pins to hold frames together
  • Working with pad printers to mix paint and fix malfunctions
  • Sanding and buffing the gate/burr off the center frame
  • Sending to Quality Auditor for final inspection before packaging

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be required to stand throughout the shift and wear protective eyewear. Ear-plugs are required in certain departments. Daily metrics are tracked, and employees are encouraged to stretch regularly. Safety training is required before starting the position. After 90 days, employees receive a discount and have the opportunity to move into lead/controller positions based on performance.
