We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team in Foothill Ranch, California. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting sunglasses from start to finish. Your duties will include screwing, gluing, and fastening individual pieces together, preparing for lens installation, and quality auditing.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and inspect sunglasses from start to finish
- Screw, glue, and fasten individual pieces together
- Prepare for lens installation and quality audit
- Work in teams of 4-5 to achieve production goals
- Use small tools to insert screws or pins to hold frames together
- Operate pad printers to mix paint and fix malfunctions
- Sand and buff the gate/burr off the center frame
- Send to Quality Auditor for final inspection before packaging
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
