Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and assess repair requests from the service coordinator
  • Effectively perform repair tasks in alignment with dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Inform the service advisor of any additional necessary work or modifications to the original repair plan
  • Accurately document all completed services
  • Conduct road tests to verify repairs
  • Perform quality assurance checks on all services rendered
  • Engage in training sessions and professional development workshops
  • Maintain the cleanliness of customer vehicles
  • Follow safety and cleanliness protocols
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local service repair regulations

Qualifications:

  • ASE certifications are advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in the English language
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license
