Nutrition Services Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Services Supervisor to lead our nutrition services team at Winneshiek Medical Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct food service staff during operations and coordinate meal service for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Manage and maintain responsibility for all catering functions, including food preparation and service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain ServSafe certification.
  • Develop and implement effective food service management strategies to meet the needs of our patients and staff.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in keyboarding and Microsoft Word required.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel preferred.
  • Previous food service and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
