Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the construction management team, including coordinators and support staff.
  • Assist the Project Manager with change management and scope definition.
  • Act as a liaison among contractors, end users, and regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of project scheduling and updates.
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure accurate documentation of minutes.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager for seamless project execution.
  • Contribute to monthly payment applications.
  • Evaluate claims and changes effectively.
  • Provide innovative solutions to construction challenges.
  • Oversee project closeout processes.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Experience with alternative delivery methods such as Design Build or CMAR.
