Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced fine dining bartender to join our exceptional team of professionals. As a bartender at Truluck's, you will be responsible for delivering award-winning dining experiences to our affluent clientele.

Responsibilities
  1. Display southern hospitality and connect with guests while developing loyal relationships.
  2. Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
  3. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service.
  4. Execute Truluck's performance standards with precision and attention to detail.
  5. Ensure compliance with liquor service laws and regulations.
  6. Perform bar set-up, running side work, and closing duties as assigned.
  7. Serve guests according to steps in service and scripts as trained.
  8. Possess and maintain product knowledge through continuous education.
  9. Prepare beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
  10. Maintain bar safety and sanitation standards.
  11. Operate the POS computerized cash register system and accept payments according to company cash handling policies.
  12. Lawfully declare tips according to tip declaration procedure.
Requirements
  • Five (5) years of previous hospitality experience.
  • Proven track record of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment.
  • Flexible and malleable attitude towards new ideas.
  • Beliefs and behaviors that reflect integrity and discipline.
  • Ability to stand for 9 hours and lift 40 pounds.
  • Accurate communication and command of the English language.
  • Working POS knowledge and accurate, efficient, and proper cash handling skills.

Compensation

$55,000 - $100,000 per year (hourly + tips) for full-time and part-time positions.
