KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the arrangement, organization, and inventory of all RVs on the lot.
  • Ensure proper tagging, pricing, and display of all RVs.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and collaborate with sales and service teams to monitor unit movements.
  • Welcome and assist customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Provide informative tours of the lot, highlighting RV features and benefits.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints.
  • Oversee and train lot personnel, including sales associates and maintenance staff.
  • Schedule and delegate tasks to optimize lot operations.
  • Conduct performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to team members.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the lot, including landscaping and signage.
  • Ensure all RVs are well-maintained and presentable.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep of RVs and lot facilities.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations for staff and customers.
  • Perform regular safety inspections and address any hazards promptly.
  • Keep accurate records of safety training and incidents.
  • Assist the sales team with RV demonstrations and delivery processes.
  • Provide detailed information regarding RV features, options, and pricing.
  • Support marketing efforts, including lot promotions and events.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or management is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in lot management or inventory control, ideally within the RV or automotive sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Proficient in computer systems and inventory management software.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and navigate the lot for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions.
