Position Overview

The primary focus of this role will be to design complex structural systems for various markets, including military, healthcare, federal, justice, education, corporate, and residential projects. You will work closely with field staff, general contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure compliance with specifications and design during construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish structural engineering scope of work, budget, schedule, and quality assurance of projects.
  • Oversee the development of large projects from inception to construction completion.
  • Perform and lead Condition Assessment projects.
  • Develop proposals and create presentations to clients.
  • Perform structural analysis and design using RAM Structural System and RAM Concept.
  • Prepare specifications, cost estimates, and perform customary construction administration services.
  • Mentor other engineers within the Structural department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering; Master's Degree highly preferred.
  • 3 years of structural design experience; customized to match the candidate's experience and career trajectory.
  • Active and good standing Professional Engineering License preferred.
  • Revit proficiency required.
  • Experience with Water/Wastewater Projects and/or Concrete Rehabilitation preferred.
