About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bellevue Receptionist to join our team at Ascend Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and non-members, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a variety of service functions for credit union members and non-members, including greeting, directing, and assisting with Teller services.
  • Assist members and non-members with inquiries and provide general information regarding the credit union.
  • Answer telephone and take messages or route calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Process transactions, including account information, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and checks.
  • Troubleshoot ITM issues and complete disputes as needed.
  • Assist with mail and courier work, as well as other duties as required.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, specifically Outlook.
  • Ability to operate or be trained to operate related office equipment.
