Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bellevue Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our branch staff, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering phone calls, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist members with transactions, such as account information, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Troubleshoot ITM issues and complete disputes as needed.
- Assist with mail and courier work, as well as other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook.
