Key Responsibilities- Manage the clinical nutrition program, including developing service levels and evaluating patient satisfaction
- Supervise a team of entry-level and experienced dietitians, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care
- Advocate for the role of Clinical Nutrition, promoting its importance and value to the facility
- Oversee Sodexo's Patient Dining Program, ensuring high-quality meals and exceptional customer service
- Perform management functions, including direct supervision of hourly associates and employee development
