Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the CC&B system, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and IT support staff, to implement and maintain the CC&B system.
  • Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring that the system meets the organization's requirements and operates effectively.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, addressing their inquiries and resolving system-related issues efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the CC&B system's performance, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing and supporting the Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system, preferably with utility customer billing and related solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of Oracle Utilities products.
  • Prior project management or supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in CC&B system configuration, maintenance, and support.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of CC&B functionalities.
  • Proficiency in coding and development using Oracle CC&B Software Development Kit.
  • Experience in leading system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Experience with at least one new implementation and one upgrade of an Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Framework.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
