Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated full-time Transport Refrigeration Technician to join our skilled team. This role involves working with advanced refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventive maintenance and service inspections on various transport refrigeration units (TRU) and auxiliary power units (APU).
  • Perform diagnostics and repair work on mobile refrigeration equipment, auxiliary power units, and heating systems.
  • Adhere to established technical and administrative processes.
  • Complete repair orders and document parts usage accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the transport refrigeration equipment field, particularly with Thermo King or Carrier Transicold.
  • Ability to install, diagnose, and repair refrigeration systems effectively.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, materials, methods, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in computer operations and usage.
  • Possession of or willingness to obtain EPA 608/609 refrigeration certifications is highly desirable.
