Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain customers, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing customers.
- Work closely with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including developing and implementing sales and marketing plans.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relationships and drive business growth.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively relate to customers.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life & Health license (must be able to obtain).
- Bilingual preferred.
- Competitive salary and commission/bonus structure.
