Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain customers, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing customers.
  • Work closely with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including developing and implementing sales and marketing plans.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relationships and drive business growth.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively relate to customers.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life & Health license (must be able to obtain).
  • Bilingual preferred.
