About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Development Manager to lead our web3 infrastructure and blockchain node services teams. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our web3 products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our web3 infrastructure and blockchain node services, aligning with our company objectives and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead a team of engineers responsible for web3 infrastructure management, operational readiness, and reliability engineering, promoting technical innovation and excellence.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and performance across our blockchain and web3 products, addressing current challenges and anticipating future needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure engineering efforts are closely aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Uphold and advocate for our company culture and values, inspiring your teams to deliver their best work in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering and product management, with a strong technical foundation and ability to engage deeply on technical topics.
  • Demonstrated success in leading engineers across different domains, such as web3 infrastructure, blockchain nodes, API development, or similar areas.
  • Proven track record of planning and execution, with the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across teams and with leadership members.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, navigating the complexities of scaling both teams and technology.
