Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at Clarios. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that production requirements are met, staffing levels are maintained, employee relations are good, and a safe/clean work environment is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train production personnel to perform work assignments safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain good employee relations through coaching and consistent application of employee relations policies.
  • Requisition operating personnel to meet established goals.
  • Facilitate employee team operations.
  • Review and coach employees in accordance with plant goals.
  • Administer production salary/wage policy for operating personnel properly.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree and 3-4 years of manufacturing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
