Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project/Process Consultant to join our team at Spinnaker International. As a key member of our global operations team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and achieve strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex projects and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Redefine and optimize operational processes, working closely with regulatory, safety, and quality teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Gather and analyze data to support decision-making, using tools such as Excel or other relevant software.
  • Work effectively with teams across R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, product safety, and quality departments to ensure smooth integration and alignment of new processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with operational changes, focusing on safety, quality, and compliance in a global context.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations to key stakeholders, including global leadership teams, outlining project progress, findings, and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in leading operational change initiatives, with 7-10 years of industry experience in FMCG, Food, or Chemical sectors before moving into consulting.
  • Proven experience working with regulatory, product safety (toxicology), and quality teams.
  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies with a track record of process improvement.
  • Experience in managing global operations and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and process modeling tools.
  • Experience with innovation lifecycle and PLM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders in global organizations.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while leading and coordinating diverse project teams.

Job Type: Contract
Rate: $90-110/hour 1099
