Job Title: Registered Nurse - Post Acute Inpatient Rehab

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at Texas Health Dallas. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Post Acute Inpatient Rehab department.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN Residency Program.
  • 1 year of experience in Post Acute Inpatient Rehab or Med/Surg experience in an Acute Care setting preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training.
  • Functional Independent Measure (FIM) certification.
