Cielo Talent is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing maintenance reliability strategies across our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Maintenance Reliability Initiatives: Provide technical expertise and direction to ensure the successful implementation of maintenance reliability strategies, including the development and execution of improvement programs and projects.
- Equipment Reliability Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of system maintainability and reliability studies of equipment, and develop and utilize surveillance and feedback systems to generate and evaluate data.
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis of systems and subsystems within a manufacturing environment, and provide feedback to functional groups, including executive staff.
- Operational Improvement: Identify operational delays and lead activities for problem-solving and continuous improvement activities, and develop monthly progress reports for operating areas under your responsibility.
- PM Development: Develop effective preventive maintenance (PM) plans for equipment to support business unit metrics, and provide direction for quality improvement teams (QIT) and other support groups to assist operating units and meet business plan objectives.
- Inter-Plant Collaboration: Interact with other operating facilities to ensure consistent practices are maintained, and provide leadership and direction to ensure the successful implementation of maintenance reliability strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent years of demonstrated knowledge in a maintenance environment.
- Experience: Level and compensation based on experience.
