The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our AI research team, you will design and train the next generation of video and multi-modal generation models. You will collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to incorporate the latest innovations and experimental features, and work with product partners to define features and joint shipping objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and train advanced video and multi-modal generation models
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to develop and implement new AI technologies
- Work with product partners to define features and joint shipping objectives
- Lead projects from scoping requirements to launch, ensuring ongoing support
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and development trends
Requirements
- Master's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals
- Strong proficiency in deep learning models, including architecture, training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment
- Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with experience working with large and complex code-bases
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to think creatively and troubleshoot complex problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience shipping ML models to consumers, including scaling up models for inference and working with product teams to integrate models
Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $135,200 -- $250,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
