  • Production/Equipment

    • Coordinate production schedules to meet guest satisfaction and ensure equipment is properly maintained
  • Safety and Sanitation
    • Ensure the shop is clean and safe, with a focus on shoes, floors, and overall cleanliness
  • People
    • Assist the General Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising team members
  • Accounting
    • Assist the General Manager in managing income and expense budgets and reporting sales and other important information

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in sales, customer service, and managing others preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
