Job Title: SharePoint Developer

ExpediteInfoTech, Inc. is seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to support our State Government client.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience with SharePoint development and system administration, as well as expertise in Microsoft Power Apps integration, JavaScript, C#, SQL, and .NET frameworks.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting daily use of and enhancements to existing SharePoint sites
  • Analyzing, designing, developing, and documenting new SharePoint sites as needed
  • Assisting in the development of an enterprise strategy and framework for the ongoing use of SharePoint and the integration of SharePoint with other communication and collaboration vehicles
  • Ensuring the creation and review of designated project deliverables
  • Providing demonstrations and training as needed during project development, testing, and deployment
  • Documenting code development and related workflows
  • Providing design, troubleshooting, and end-user support of SharePoint applications
  • Providing management reporting as designated
  • Troubleshooting issues, such as diagnosing and fixing software problems reported by users
  • Account management, including assisting with account setup, password resets, and access issues
  • User training, including offering training sessions or resources on using software tools effectively
  • Documentation, including creating and maintaining user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides
  • Remote support, including using remote desktop tools to resolve issues directly on the user's machine
  • Feedback collection, including gathering user feedback to improve services and support
  • Incident reporting, including documenting issues and resolutions for future reference and analysis
  • Escalation, including identifying issues that require higher-level technical support and escalating them accordingly
  • System monitoring, including keeping an eye on system performance and user activity to preemptively address issues
  • Patch management, including ensuring software and systems are up to date with the latest patches and updates
  • Onboarding support, including assisting new users with their initial setup and orientation

Requirements include a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, as well as 5+ years of professional experience with SharePoint development and system administration.
