Test Lead Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the testing process of our Master Data Management program. This is a 12-month contract engagement that requires expertise in testing frameworks and tools. You will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding the team on best practices and ensuring the single source of truth is verified across all data repositories.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Serving as a QA leader and providing guidance on testing strategies and test planning.
- Directing the creation and implementation of an all-encompassing testing strategy for the enterprise-wide MDM program.
- Upholding existing testing and quality assurance standards and best practices.
- Collaborating with the QA/Test Manager to address essential matters such as test resources and tool issues.
As a Quality Assurance Manager at ClearBridge Technology Group, you will work closely with Agile Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure alignment of quality goals and integrate QA processes into the development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will also include advocating and implementing test automation to improve efficiency and test coverage.
