About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to join our team in Boston. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the testing process for large-scale Master Data Management programs, ensuring that data quality is maintained across multiple systems.

  • Lead regression testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing across multiple integrated systems.
  • Advocate and Implement test automation to improve efficiency and test coverage.
  • Oversee the execution of manual and automated tests, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and timely identification of bugs/defects.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
