Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary:

Schenectady ARC is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Ridge Health Services. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our clients, working closely with our medical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing tasks within the scope of practice for an LPN with RN oversight
  • Assist with primary medical and psychiatry services for Schenectady ARC's onsite clinic
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient records, including diagnostic assessment reports and treatment notes
  • Communicate with specialist offices and diagnostic facilities to schedule appointments and testing
  • Prepare medication tracking sheets and instruct patients on testing procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid NYS LPN licensure
  • Basic computer skills
  • Clinic/Physician's office and phlebotomy experience preferred
  • Experience with electronic medical records system preferred (Cure MD a plus)
