We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our on-site operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Surface Cleaning: Wipe and dust surfaces, light fixtures, and gather and empty trash receptacles.
  • Restroom Services: Clean and supply restrooms, ensuring a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Facility Cleaning: Clean clubhouse floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming, and clean the clubhouse kitchen, especially the refrigerator and cupboards.
  • Laundry Room Maintenance: Clean the facility laundry rooms and report any broken screens, windows, or machinery to the direct supervisor.
  • Unit Preparation: Clean assigned vacant units to prepare them to a market-ready status, including vacuuming, cleaning windows, dusting, and testing lights.
  • Identify and Report Issues: Identify items that need repair and call third-party vendors when advised by management.
  • Cleaning Solutions: Mix water and concentrated cleaning agents in properly marked containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
  • Assist Cross-Functional Departments: Assist cross-functional departments with tasks as directed.
  • Safety and Compliance: Report any potential safety or compliance issues to management.
Requirements:
  • Entry-Level Position: This is an entry-level position, and previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance following our team's dress code policy.
  • Effective Communication: Able to effectively and professionally communicate with residents and co-workers.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and comfort learning software, apps, and programs.
  • Reliable Transportation: Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
