Key Responsibilities
- Guide and manage the creative team in developing web, print, and digital marketing materials that meet strategic objectives
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient execution through project management software
- Collaborate with account and brand strategy teams to create comprehensive marketing plans and analyze performance
- Design marketing campaigns that effectively convey our marketing goals and drive **creative** strategies
- Stay informed on market trends and consumer insights to maintain a competitive edge
- Continuously improve personal and team creative skills to foster professional growth
- Manage budgetary considerations by forecasting and adhering to financial standards
Daily and Monthly Duties
- Lead a cross-functional team of art directors, graphic designers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure cohesive messaging and creative output
- Assist Strategic and Client Service Leads in crafting creative briefs, providing insights and inspiration
- Take ownership of projects from inception to completion
- Ensure adherence to brand and editorial guidelines while demonstrating flexibility in tone for diverse audiences
- Enhance productivity and efficiency within the copy team through effective workload management
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions to cultivate innovative and actionable creative ideas
- Review and approve creative work to ensure alignment with marketing objectives
- Create engaging print and digital materials that resonate with target audiences
- Present final concepts and secure necessary approvals for deliverables
- Maintain consistency in style guidelines and brand voice across all messaging
- Comply with regulatory standards and best practices for all submissions
Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years in copywriting, with at least 4 years in a creative leadership role within agency or healthcare environments
- Experience in developing integrated campaigns across multiple marketing channels, delivered on time and within budget
- Demonstrated expertise in concept development and execution
- Strong leadership abilities in managing creative teams
- Capability to align creative vision with overarching business goals
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, English, Marketing, or a related field
- Over 6 years of professional and consumer copywriting experience with a strong portfolio; familiarity with Healthcare/Pharma is a plus
- Exceptional writing and research skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
- Prior experience in both consumer and professional copywriting
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in standard software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; Adobe Acrobat knowledge is beneficial
Work Environment
This remote position requires extended periods of sitting, frequent computer usage, and participation in virtual meetings. Candidates should have a reliable internet connection and maintain a quiet, ergonomic workspace.
