Nutrition Consultant for Senior Living Communities

Job Overview
Crandall Corporate Dietitians, the nation's largest dietitian firm, is seeking a part-time Nutrition Consultant to provide consulting services to Assisted Living Communities.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
Responsibilities:
- Provide dietary services following state and federal laws and regulations
- Conduct quality and regulatory assurance reviews/audits of Food/Nutrition Services, sanitation, food storage, preparation, and dining services according to national standards
- Develop and implement nutrition education programs and in-service training for staff development and regulatory compliance
- Assess residents with nutritional concerns and develop individualized plans of care
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field
- Registered Dietitian with Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and annual verification
- State dietary license if required by state
- Maintain current licensure as required by State law
- Covid-19 vaccination or medical/religious exemption per state/corporation guidelines
- Current TB test
- Liability insurance as a contractor
