Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider Manager

Hematology Oncology Associates of Central New York is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Advanced Practice Providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of Advanced Practice Providers, including nurse practitioners and physician assistants
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other leaders to develop and implement strategic plans for the organization
  • Provide educational opportunities and support for Advanced Practice Providers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a nurse practitioner or physician assistant program
  • Current licensure in New York State
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
