Position Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team at Swedish Health Services, providing exceptional care to patients with hematological and oncological conditions in an outpatient setting.

About the Role
  • Care for patients with complex medical needs, collecting and interpreting assessment data to identify potential problems and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement measurable and achievable outcomes, evaluating patient response to care and making necessary changes to optimize treatment.
  • Document all interactions and interventions clearly and concisely, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $56,780 - $98,600, with opportunities for additional compensation through shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, and bonuses.

Requirements
  • A minimum of one year's experience in oncology nursing, with a strong foundation in chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration.
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
  • A valid Washington Registered Nurse License.
