About the Role

This position will leverage your ability to design and size test structures that can be evaluated and monitored for stress-induced effects on semiconductor dies. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into design specifications. Collaborating with system architects and top-level designers to define chip architectures, you will execute functional and performance verifications on the test structures and communicate out results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop analog/mixed-signal circuits for automotive package test devices

Requirements
  • Master's or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with a focus on analog design
  • Enthusiasm for working in a service-oriented environment and contributing to customer goals
  • Excellent understanding of various MOS technologies and analog/mixed-signal implementation flow
  • Practical experience in full-custom layout is advantageous
  • Deep knowledge of semiconductor physics is a plus
  • Self-motivated, creative and experienced in analog design, with a proven track record in analog design projects with at least 5 years of experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills for global collaboration
  • Capability and mindset to flexibly adapt your research to new application challenges and are eager to learn about new topics
